Once, while reading a devotional on the book of Jonah, it occurred to me as I read the word "Ninevites" that it looks like "nine-vites" (9 lives?).

The context was about the renowned cruelty of the Ninevites as I read that, I thought about how cats are similarly sort of regarded as cruel predators, and just then, my cat nuzzled my leg, looked up at me, and meowed.

"A place for everything and everything in its place, eh buddy?"
