I may not be the best person to give advice on this subject matter with as much as I’ve flirted with the ol’ “unalive myself” tendencies and thought patterns… but maybe that makes me all the more equipped to help others who are dealing with that kind of thing.
In case you’ve been somehow entirely oblivious to the current sociopolitical/economic conditions, things are in a bit of an insane freefall.

Distrust of “the other side” is reaching all-time highs, though not entirely without cause. When you’re fed a steady diet of bullshit, it’s hardly surprising your breath should start to stink.
And boy, does America need some mouthwash…
I may not be a doctor, but I know from experience, if you don’t properly set a broken bone, it will heal incorrectly, causing more prolonged pain than if you just endure the discomfort of having it set right.
So here we are, staring down the barrel of extinction, societal collapse, irreversible climate disasters, insoluble financial disparities (at least by status quo means), and wars and rumors of wars…
