Sometimes things are just a mess.

Even if you didn’t make it, it will benefit you to help clean it up.

Spreading yourself too thin is not the same as procrastination.

Overthinking is not the same as procrastination.

Trying to heal yourself more than trying to one-up others or capitalize on collapse is not procrastination.

You are not lazy or foolish for trying to do so many things that you end up doing nothing — you are unfocused.

Focus on what you can do, and do it to the best of your ability.

Disengage from sources of stress — lean into passions, curiosities, and whatever excites you.

Trust in yourself and in something greater than yourself.

Love recklessly and wholeheartedly.

Even if it hurts. Especially if it hurts.

Love is not like a water pitcher that remains empty once poured out.

Love is like a candle — its flame is not diminished by being shared to another wick, and even if the wax melts, it can still be sculpted into another candle.
